I’m hearing Ney has answered the call to debate and not surprisingly he has declined. What possible excuse besides he really doesn’t want to discuss the issues?
He basically used a “I know you are but what am I” answer in saying that Joe apparently thinks he’s won the nomination (and what doesn’t deserve to debate you Bob?).
