Although it will disappoint my friend Tim greatly and dissipate our fodder for fun and frivolity, Ms. McKinney has apologized on the house floor today. I’m really, really glad that somebody reigned her ass in on this one. To think she’d pull this shit at a time when Tom DeLay is going down in flames, Scooter Libby is singing like a songbird against the POTUS, and Republicans in general are scurrying around like cockroaches with the kitchen light flipped on…I honestly could NOT believe it.
