Remember that story? Capri hired a lawyer to “put people on notice”? What Pho calls a Kamikaze move, and everyone else pretty much agrees was a stupid move politically - why ensure there is focused attention on something you would rather see go away? Dunno. It gets more interesting…

Today, Tim hunts down an interesting story on BSB. Is a lawyer working for the Dann campaign while threatening to sue other Dems? No. Surely not. Or surely so? Betras is Dann’s friend and former law partner and now apparently running Marc’s campaign - all while threatening lawsuits against Cafaro opponents. Love that team play!
