Olbermann on the death of Habeas Corpus

I’m a big Olbermann fan. He hits another home run, this time on Habeas Corpus and the Military Commissions Act, full of all kinds of snark.

Interestingly, despite the urgent rush to get this through Congress to “protect Americans”, two weeks later and it still hasn’t been signed into law.
