He’s holding a live webcast at 8 P.M. tommorow and is converting his PAC website to a campaign website around the same time.

I generally like Joe Biden- maybe not as much as Joe Biden likes Joe Biden- but enough to listen to what he has to say this time around.

Still- he’s been trying to get nominated for over twenty years now. Eventually he just needs to find something else to do with his time.
