Christianists disrupt Senate invocation
If we are going to allow invocations at government functions, we should represent the diversity of faith expressed by our citizenry. Unfortunately, wingnuts don’t want that - obviously.
I’d suggest that perhaps the way to avoid this kind of controversy is to remove all vestiges of religion from government, but then the wingnuts would claim that I’m anti-Christian, or anti-freedom-of-religion.
