The author is on track with most everything except his theater comments.

I do love &lt;i&gt;Cabaret&lt;/i&gt; (did you know Judi Dench played Sally in the original West End production?) but I really don&#039;t think its presentation counts as &quot;renewed artistic courage&quot; in Cincinnati theater.</description>
