Marc Dann Takes on Failing Charter Schools

Attorney General Marc Dann has filed complaints again two Dayton-area charter schools- and he’s planning to sue additional schools.

These charter schools suck state taxpayer dollars away from the state’s public schools while consistantly failing to meet “Adequate Yearly Progress standards.”

This is from the complaint filed against the New Choices Community School:
