I've been working in Atlanta for months and have seen the impact of the drought everywhere.

The news is full of drought-related stories- some of the best coming this week with the governor's big prayer fest and the millionaire water waster.

You also see a lot of places switching from metal silverware and glass cups to disposable plastic ones to avoid having to use water for washing dishes.

Good thing there isn't a shortage on the oil needed to make all of that plastic- or a shortage on landfill space to store it once it becomes trash.
