Anti-Mormon Push Polls No Big Surprise

Push polls. Republicans love them.

I kind of figured they would show up this election season- not really so soon though.

According to the APNew Hampshire’s attorney general is investigating phone calls to voters that pretend to be opinion polls but then undercut presidential contender Mitt Romney and his Mormon faith.

Funny thing about this one is that it’s coming from Western Wats, a Utah-based company.

A Utah-based company attacking Romney on his Mormonism?

Ouch.

But it really shouldn’t come as a surprise.

Western Wats is the same company Mary Taylor used for her race-baiting push polls against Barbara Sykes in last year’s race for State Auditor.
