Why the Hell is Fox News Reporting on Marc Dann?

So Foxnews.com posted this story today:

Ohio GOP, Christian Group Demand Apology From State Attorney General for Good Friday Comments

And I am left asking myself a bunch of questions like:

How does this impact anyone besides Marc Dann and his communication director i.e. the guy to whom the email was sent? Let alone people outside of Ohio?

so…

Why, for fuck’s sake, has the story of Marc Dann’s silly email comment become a national story?

and…

How the hell can Matt Naugle seriously say “Fox News is extremely fair and balanced”? Especially now that they have posted a story about some silly email sent by a state attorney general?

note: I already know the answer, but it wouldn’t hurt if you added a comment and told me your opinion.
