Richardson on Obama: “Once-in-a-Lifetime Leader”

In his endorsement of Barack Obama today, Bill Richardson said:

The New Mexico governor joined Sen. Obama at spirited rally Friday and said the Illinois senator demonstrated his leadership abilities this week with his speech on race. “You are a once-in-a-lifetime leader,” the governor said from the stage. “Above all, you will be a president who brings this nation together.”

I think the race speech may have put Bill over the edge. He understands the deeper things we need to work on as a nation to make us the world leader again and put us in a position to gain back the respect we need to be able to lead.

I completely agree with Joe about what needs to happen next. Paging John Edwards!
