Plunderchat:

Barack Obama is lauded for his public speaking ability. In fact, Richardson and others are awed by his speeches. However substance does matter and so does experience. His attempt to gloss over the statements of Reverend Wright leaves much to be desired. He had 20 years of indoctrination in the philosophy exposed by Wright which I find devisive. He is lacking in running any large company or governmental body. He does give good speeches. Other “leaders” were great speakers who inspired people to follow their calls for reform and hope. Did you hear of Fidel Castro? He was a great orator but his philosophy was different from the perception people had. My point is don’t be taken in by the orator, listen carefully to the substance and depth of the answers Barack gives. We need to examine who he is and his ability to lead. He won’t bring the GOP and Dems together, in fact, he seems to have split the Democratic Pary. Interesting to note, he doesn’t fare well in the big states. Why ? Time for all of us to closely examine him beyond the orator.
