Oregon and Kentucky are about the same race-wise: Oregon - 90.5% white Kentucky - 90.2% white What's the difference? High School graduates Oregon - 85% Kentucky - 74% College degree Oregon - 25% Kentucky - 17% Poverty Oregon - 12.9% Kentucky - 16.3% Yes, and I can’t imagine many are racists.
