Clinton Wins Puerto Rico, Nomination Should Be Obama’s by Friday

Hillary wins Puerto Rico.

By Hillary’s fake-math calculations (i.e. excluding all of the states with caucuses) she is now the popular vote leader. Unfortunately that just isn’t true. And even if it was, it still doesn’t matter.

According to CNN’s count Obama only needs 45.5 more delegates to wrap up the nomination. Clinton need 203.

This should be over by the end of the week.

Hopefully Hillary can rally her hispanic supporters for Obama in the fall- maybe they’ll even write another song like this for Obama…

note: I haven’t been able to get that song out of my head all day.

Plunderchat:

I forget who said it today on MSNBC but they said that Clinton’s math was very much like Enron’s math.

Great line.

Yves St. Laurent, the champion of the pantsuit died today. I take it as a sign from God that Hillary should suspend her campaign.

I thought the same thing this morning when I heard about saint Laurent and the pants suit on the radio this morning.

What I want to know is this: how the hell does half a delegate happen? That x.5 figure has been all over the news and I have yet to see an explanation of this half-delegate.

It’s not half a delegate, it’s half a vote.

Democrats Abroad delegates only get half a vote (along with MI and FL delegates this year).
