I thought the Iraqis were the good guys now. Or is does he mean the Saudis? Aren't they big friends of ours according to Bush/Cheney? Or perhaps he is refering to Canada, Norway or Venezuela- ah, makes me nostalgic for the good ole Iran-Contra days.
