So far it looks really well run and sponsor supported. The format is not totally unconference as the agenda seems to be set. I didn't see a board for putting up new sessions. Awaiting the 2 o'clock hour to attend a session on getting podcasts sponsored. Info might come in handy for work. Doubt I'll be back to doing a Plundercast anytime soon. Too much damned work.
