McCain Congratulates Obama On Being Black

The McCain campaign just released this ridiculous video…

“Congratulations,” says Mr. McCain. “How perfect that your nomination would come on this historic day.”

By “historic day” we assume McCain is talking about the 45th anniversary of Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech.

The whole thing seems forced, contrived and insincere - especially knowing that John McCain voted against MLK day.

More than anything else, this ad just seems like another attempt by McCain to remind voters that Obama is - gasp! - black.

I think the shaddow helps cover up the scar from the big tumor he recently had removed from his face.

I’m pretty sure it was melanoma - and it’s somehow related to his time as a POW.

Oh come on. As often as they talk about it, his breakfast is probably “somehow related to his time as a POW.”
