Patriot Day With Dennis Kucinich

While everyone else was out attending memorial services for 9/11 victims or sponsoring bills to rename post offices after soldiers killed in Iraq (8 were renamed just this week), Dennis Kucinich was trying to abolish the death penalty.

Say what you want about Dennis Kucinich, but you gotta give the guy points for trying.

    I agree with Kucinich on basically nothing.

    But there is something to be said for the fact I think he really does, for the most part, believe what he believes and will stick to it even if he is getting ridiculed or what not.

    He hasnt used his position for personal wealth, as he is worth almost nothing. That alone is worth something to me.

    Dude, I don’t even agree with Kucinich half the time.

    But if America is really looking for a Maverick candidate- then maybe we should have nominated Dennis.
