I’d also add if this guys record makes him not be an upstanding member of the community, then the State GOP really needs to do something about Lucas County – The new Executive & Central Committee leadership have at least 70* cases listed with charges ranging from traffic to liens to petty theft/drug paraphernalia, bad check charges, garnishments and nonpayment of taxes. 19 of which are related to the party chairman…

Court documents have been filed way prior to the stay that was filed two weeks ago. I’ve seen them going years back, so whoever you stated this was some recent type of a filing, was not correct Matt.

It looks as if Sharen filed the request to stay the proceedings just 2 weeks ago when she realized that in fact Ishema was here illegally. Again, the question isn’t whether or not he is illegal, her judgment is in question.

This guy apparently has a pattern of breaking the law. Any other illegal would have been shipped back to their country. In fact it looks as if he did deportation orders and she did nothing to enforce those orders.

As a officer of the court she is entitled to do what the law says. Also in her statement to the court, she says he if a fine upstanding member of the community.

4 arrests, 3 bench warrants, several nights in jail—upstanding member of the community??? HARDLY
