The roll call is in on HR 3997, and Tiberi voted with most Republicans (but not Bush & Boehner, an unusual move for him) against the bill, as Eric mentioned. I’ve been looking for a copy of the bill as voted on, but Thomas at the Library of Congress is completely swamped.
We’ll see what happens. I suspect it won’t be pretty.
