But Joseph, I gotta say that as a woman that it not known as being overly sensitive to such things, I am not able to come up with any context for a man of Steve Stiver's age to say to high school-aged girls that he is “allowed to window shop, just not buy.” Imagine if a teacher or principal would have said that.
