Columbus Tea Party Planning – FAIL
As Tim over at BI recently noted, a couple of ?grassroots? Republican groups are planning to hold a Tea Party rally in Columbus to protest the Governor?s proposed budget.
I just got a copy of a press release for the event and, according to the organizer Jack Boyle :
This rally will allow Ohioans to stand up to their lawmakers and say “Enough is enough!’?
Unfortunately for Jack and the 7 other people who might show up, the event is being held on March 14th ? a Saturday ? and none of the lawmakers will be in town.
But I guess a huge oversight like this shouldn?t surprise me given that Boyle?s biggest claim to fame up until now was that he worked for the wildly unsuccessful Blackwell-Raga campaign.
