no, but the reason i noticed this is because other people on Twitter were having conversations with that closed Twitter account. if i were a constituent, this would raise questions.

I don't see the problem either. Just because you get elected to city council doesn't mean you automatically have to open up your entire personal life to everyone in the whole world. Do you also think she should turn over all of her private emails?
