KSM to be tried in NYC – why did this take so long?

Another reason why the Bush administration was a total joke.? The mastermind of 9/11 was never tried.? Until Barack Obama became president.? I can’t think of a better place for the trial, although his lawyer will have a good argument for change of venue.? Can’t imagine a judge granting that, since trying him anywhere in the US would present the same problem.

    Yes, very brave of Obama to arrange for criminal trials of those who he strongly suspects in advance will be convicted. What about all those who can look forward to kangaroo court military trials (which will also be announced) & those receiving none at all?

    I have to agree. While it's great that we're finally trying KSM and some of the other masterminds, let's not forget about the others who have sat in Gitmo for years without charges or a trial. I'm hopeful Obama will try them in criminal courts, as they should be, but let's get on with it already.
