i hear ya. sounds good on paper. flex scheduling would probably work well for many, if not most; but many of us prefer the structure of a schedule with well-defined responsibilities and goals. i guess it's a personality issue. i'm an ISTJ. i wouldn't expect an ENTP to function optimally under the circumstances i would prefer.

I think set hours and days are antiquated. You should get paid to perform and work whenever you feel you need to in order to do that. Take a day off. Cut out early. Work on a Saturday.

I end up working 6-7 days a week anyways, but it doesn't feel like it. It's great to enjoy what you do.

me too if they are 14-hour days. i'm tired of busting my arse in the private sector for 80 hours a week just to make enough to pay the bills. until the day comes when we all work for a socialist govt (common good) i want everyone to be as miserable as possible.

LOL. Spending more money on charter schools - who waste it over and over. That's just swell.

Create a commission? LOL. More spending. You know you're out of answers when you begin to advocate creating a commission so study something.

Pretty crazy stuff, but that's typical GOP "leadership".
