I personally don't think it is Naugle. There are too many insider culturally too cool for the room tweets.

Don't misunderstand me. I'm not saying Naugle is not funny. I'm saying his attempts at humor mostly fail.

I don't actually know if it's Naugle. Matt actually does have some funny tweets himself, though I'm not sure it's always intended as humor.

for example this one from yesterday: “John Kasich's inner circle are moderates, lobbyists, homosexuals, and general Franklin County R morons. Makes me nervous. “
