		<description>No shit! What I can&#039;t believe is that anybody who voted for him didn&#039;t know his stance on Afghanistan. During his campaign, he made his view very clear: that we should have been devoting  resources and troops to Afghanistan rather than in Iraq, where we shouldn&#039;t even have been in the first place. This decision really shouldn&#039;t be a major surprise to anyone, and in fact, like you said, sets a much shorter engagement limit than I had expected.</description>
