Why doesn't Lee run for the Ohio Supreme Court? The Chief Justice position is empty. Maureen O'Connor is tough, but beatable. If he doesn't like the top spot, he can run for one of the other two that are on the ballot. I think his name recognition could get him support and a win.

i actually agree with you here, tim. it's beyond me how anybody can think fisher will beat brunner in a primary. fisher's just gonna put everyone to sleep… again. and brunner is obviously a quality candidate. i want to see them side-by-side at a debate.

that's correct. lee will lose his next statewide election, as he's done the previous two. his next election is against brunner.
