If this bill passes, it will be recevied as a hugely emboldening victory by the insurance industry. Their accountability will drop to zero, as none of the "regulations" are enforceable. Many more people will die, because there will be NO penalties for the industry to break the law or their contracts. <br><br>On the other hand, if the bill is defeated, they will be shocked and disoriented and that's the way I want them, because they will be cautious for a while. They will keep their heads down and try to pretend to be "good corporate citizens". Until private "health "insurance"" is destroyed, that is the best we can attain. Won't happen, can't happen.
