Sent this to the friendly representative from Apple Computer’s corporate office, who has been trying to get AT&T to respond to my numerous issues, but to no avail.
I just wanted to let you know that I still have heard nothing from AT&T, despite your efforts.? Due to AT&T’s grand benevolence, I’m now eligible to upgrade to Iphone, but I don’t plan to do so unless I get a response.? My contract with AT&T expires on May 2, 2010, and at this point, I intend to get a Google phone, for the sole reason that AT&T is abusive to its long term customers, is totally unresponsive even to intercession from the Iphone’s manufacturer, and uses their exclusivity deal with Apple as a weapon.
Thank you for attempting to resolve this matter.? Please let me know if you have any news from the exclusive provider of your product.
