i'd say it was satire except for the fact it just ain't funny, and that woman is just plain hideous.
*newsflash* i'm getting ready to run out the door but i just did a quick google and it appears this hideous chick has ties to some tobacco lobby, so this probably isn't satire. good thing, because it's really not funny although it sure as hell looks like it was meant to be.
