    Thanks for this, Tim. It frequently amazes me that those who espouse the importance of voting, or that people have no right to complain unless they vote, etc. are often those same people who oppose provisions that would make voting easier.

    I often find it difficult to make sense of some of the ballot language myself. I cannot imagine trying to do so in a language other than my native one.
