A new Pew poll was released yesterday showing more Americans now think President Obama is a Muslim. Among conservative Republicans that number is now 34%.

John Kasich’s plan means Ohio would be copying off of… MICHIGAN?!? Florida privatized economic development efforts. It didn’t turn out so well.
Earlier this week, John Kasich announced his JobOhio plan. Expected supporters like Matt Naugle and Scott Pullins went from incredible optimism to downright ridiculing it within hours of introductions.

Full Story... →The Dayton Daily News reports that Ted Strickland has gone after John Kasich over accepting $50k a year from OSU to give roughly a dozen appearances a year for seven years—appearance John Glenn and Rob Portman have done for OSU for free.
I apparently missed this in the initial reporting, but not only did OSU pay Kasich, but they also paid a $20k a year salary for Kasich to have an aide. That aide went to Kasich’s long-time Chief-0f-Staff Don Thibaut.

Full Story... →News Corp., the parent company of Rupert Murdoch’s “liberal” media empire that includes the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, and Fox News was recently revealed to have donated $1 million to the Republican Governors Association. The first time a media company has been seen actually lending financial support to a political party on campaigns it regularly “covers.” I have to say “covers” in quotation marks because the coverage of the Ohio Governor’s race has been unusually one-sided.
