Budget Watch: House Republicans give a tax break to oil industry the rest of the business community opposed

Our companion site, Ohio Budget Watch, has the story about how the House yesterday passed the Transportation budget despite the fact that it contains a tax break for the oil industry that several major business groups oppose and was added by the House Finance Committee.  Take a look at what business groups opposed the tax break and why.
