First Eric Kearney dropped out as Ed FitzGerald’s running mate over tax issues.
Then Tea Party Republican Ted Stevenot dropped his bid to challenge Kasich in a primary because his running mate, Brenda Mack, had tax issues.
Third Base Politics is now reporting that the Tea Party has another ticket gearing up to face Kasich in a primary, with Dr. Donald Allen of Youngstown as their candidate for Governor and our old friend Kelly Kohls as their Lt. Governor candidate.
Would it surprise you at all if I told you Kohls also has financial issues?
While Kearney and Mack both have tax liens that they are actively paying off, Kohls took a different path to resolving her money issues.  In 2010, she and her husband declared bankruptcy with nearly $1 million in unpaid debt including three car loans and over $829,000 in mortgages on their $450,000 house.
Because… Fiscal responsibility!

Oh my – that’s entirely too funny that Kelly Kohl’s is trying to take a run at the Lt Gov position!

Wait, her husband is a car dealer. How can they have three unpaid car loans? Somebody explain this to me.
