So, I may not be the best person to ask since I came into this debate feeling much more positive about Obama than Clinton, but if you were to ask – and I assume since you are reading my blog, you are asking – I think Obama won. Last night I read a post by The Chief Source’s Kyle Kutuchief. He asks a great question: “Why Won’t Hillary Debate in Cleveland?”. He has a hunch:
It is my opinion that Hillary Clinton and her campaign are afraid of Cuyahoga County. Hillary is going to have to approach Ohio like a Republican and try to win the rural parts of the state in order to try and win. They don’t have final confirmation of a Chelsea Clinton visit tomorrow, but they are aiming for a lunchtime visit. There is a rather large students for Obama delegation at OWU and they have been pretty active lately. If it’s lunchtime I might swing over, but no promises.

Add that to his sweep yesterday and his stunning upset victory in Maine today and you don’t get much more momentum than that. Let’s hope Tuesday is more good news, too!

Campaign spokesman Mo Elleithee said Solis Doyle was “not asked to step down” and that this has “nothing to do with the losses yesterday.” (ht FTR)

The woman who famously labeled Bill Clinton as the “first black president” is backing Barack Obama to be the second.
That is not her focus, as expected, and I believe her. The best part of all of this is admiring her brilliance with the English language:

So Hillary is already in Tennessee and Edwards is cracking me up with how great these results are for him. Apparently they were polling at a Kucinich level and 18% is a great bump for them. LOL.
