		<description><![CDATA[<p>Kasich&#8217;s team at the Ohio Department of Transportation recently <a href="http://www.toledoblade.com/State/2012/02/01/Ohio-panel-backs-delays-in-many-big-road-projects.html">announced</a> that only $100 million a year will be available to fund new construction projects approved by Ohio&#8217;s Transportation Review Advisory Council (TRAC).
