The move will add 1,200 new jobs, with a third of those going to former laid off workers at the plant. It’ll generate $47 million in new payroll, $470k in local income taxes and $1.4 million in state income taxes.

The thing I think we can get out of this is to be able to mentally put ourselves in others shoes in order to understand the challenges they face and come up with solutions based on that understanding.
