Breaking: Marc Dann to Resign

The Plain Dealer has the scoop…

Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann is expected to announce his resignation later today, The Plain Dealer has learned. He planned to break the news to his senior staff this afternoon.

Update:

This means there will be a special election on Nov. 4th. Until then, Governor Strickland gets to name someone to replace Dann.
